Regional conference “Public policies on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Eastern and Central Europe” on 9-10 September 2008, Vilnius, Lithuania
The main objective of the conference was to share country specific experiences in the process of developing national public policies for CSR promotion through presenting National CSR Agendas recently developed under Regional CSR project and discussing the challenges and benefits of this process. Additionally, the conference served as a forum to discuss cooperation among the countries in relation of CSR promotion and implementation. The conference agenda includes, but was not limited to: presentation of key global and European development relevant for CSR public policies; presentation of each country National CSR Agendas including discussion on CSR policy development process; sharing ideas and discussion on possible further cooperation among the countries represented; presentation of key findings of Baseline CSR study in the Western Balkan region.
